Benjamin MUSHABE
Mr, Benjamin MUSHABE is the Chief Operation Officer of Ngali Holdings.
Benjamin is the Chief Operations Officer at Ngali Holdings Ltd and as a key member of the senior management; he is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, as well as setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the company.
Benjamin is one of the founding member of Ngali Holdings Ltd. Prior to becoming Chief Operations officer at Ngali, he was the Director of Operations at Locus Dynamics Ltd (a subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd). Benjamin has well previously served in various senior positions in Ngali Holdings and subsidiaries, Head of IT at Ngali, Director of Operations in Locus Dynamics, spear-headed big successful projects; Cyber Security Trainings, Rwanda-Online (Irembo) and ERP System for MMI among others.
Benjamin worked as an Assistant Lecturer at College of Science and Technology – University of Rwanda, the former KIST. He also managed and supervised Rwanda Online Feasibility Study from inception to assess Rwanda’s e-Government readiness, and to propose an implementation plan for Rwanda Online.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of LuNa Smelter Ltd, he is also the Project Manager of Decentralized Fees Collection (DFC), a countrywide project which employs up to 1000 staff countrywide.
His many years of involvement in various facets of Ngali’s operations, coupled with his experience in negotiations, networking, due diligence, conducting, and attention to detail. His excellent leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team are unmatched.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from College of Science and Technology – University of Rwanda, and Master of Science in Information Technology-Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University – Pittsburgh, USA.
