Our Background

In 2010, a development company Digitech Solutions was registered to execute various projects in the energy, IT and healthcare sectors, these were eventually established as individual subsidiaries. During 2012, Digitech Solutions was rebranded and restructured to form an investment holding company Ngali Holdings.
