Aline MUKESHIMANA, Group Head Corporate Services at Ngali Holdings Limited

Aline joins Ngali Holdings with an extensive experience in corporate matters; she is currently responsible for the delivery efficient and effective corporate services and leads in setting the right strategies to support the execution of the corporate strategy.

Aline has, with time gained experience in various operations of the group, she understands leadership and business corporate strategy.

Previously Aline worked with Ngali Energy Ltd a subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd for 6 years, where she served in various capacities. Among others, when she was in charge of Human Resources management, she participated in the spearheaded the drafting of Human resource policy, job grading and salary structure and later on joined procurement office for both Ngali Energy and Ngali Holdings.

While handling procurement, she reviewed large tender documents including those related to the procurement of Civil Contractor and Electro-mechanic Supplier for Ntaruka “A” Small Hydro Power Plant and other major contractors for Rukarara I Hydro Power Plants.

Her experience varies from both Public and Private sectors; prior to joining Ngali group, Aline worked as procurement in professional at Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) for IFAD funded projects. She has also worked with Rainbow printers in Tanzania between 2008 and 2013.

Aline Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Strategic Management from KIM University. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University – India
