He is the Director General of ICT at National Bank of Rwanda.

He is an experienced IT guru with more than seventeen years of experience in the sector, prior to the current appointment, he was head of ICT in Directorate General of Immigration and migration.

He was also among the pioneers of National Identity Project and later appointed as head of IDs productions and Distributions.
